1. Praise:Shabbat’s Torah portion again tells Israel that one of the reasons why God set them free from Egypt was so that He could dwell among them. This is also a reason why Yeshua set us free from our sin nature and our addictive-love for the things of this world.

    • I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God. And they shall know that I am YHWH their God who brought them out of the land of Egypt so that I may dwell among them; I am YHWH their God.Ex. 29:45-46

    • We read of Your heart’s desire to dwell in the midst of Your people and thank You for including us – both Jew and gentile – as part of Your family (Eph. 2:11-14).
    • We bless You for removing the barrier of sin that separated us from You (Isa. 59:1-2; Jer. 31:33-34).
    • What a humbling revelation to know that we love You because You first loved us (1 John 4:19).
    • We are so grateful for Your persistent pursuit of us, despite our wanderings before, and even after, salvation (Psa. 23:6 [“follow” in the Hebrew is “pursue”; “run after”]; Luke 15:3-10).
    • We are encouraged to trust You even more as we see You literally fulfill Your promise to restoration and then to redeem Your people (Num. 23:91; Jer. 31:31-34).
    • What a joy to watch You watch over Your Word to regather and to guard Israel (Jer. 31:10).
    • We thank You for being a God of miracles and wonders which continue today (Acts 2:22; 15:12).
    • We also bless You for being a God of perfect justice (Job 8:3; Jer. 31:23).
    • It is a thrill to serve You in intercession and to read that our prayers are Your delight (Prov. 15:8b).
  2. Aliyah:The more we intercede for the return of the Jews from exile to Israel, the more we are convinced that this is a major end-time sign from God to the world. And though nations may not see it as that, the Jews – both in and outside of Israel – and the Church absolutely should.
    • Thank You that You who scattered Israel among the gentiles are now regathering them in such a way that all of the nations are without excuse to acknowledge it (Jer. 33:7-9; Zech. 8:20-23).
    • We rejoice in the reality that by bringing Your people home to Your land which You have promised them, You are faithfully watching over Your Word to perform it (Isaiah 55:11; Jer. 1:12).
    • Continue to gather and guard Your people in such a way that there is no doubt that this restoration of Israel, especially after the Holocaust, is of You (Psa. 102:1-13; 126:2; 147:2; Ezek. 37:1-14).
    • Open many eyes to see that Israel was born in a day (Isa. 66:8) when it was at its weakest – in order to show that this was You miraculously working in the earth at this time (Jer. 30:7-8; 1 Cor. 1:27-29).
    • Abba, as aliyah is for Your holy name’s sake, we pray for Your name to be sanctified and for Your kingdom to come through Your will being done on the earth today (Ezek. 36:22-24; Matt. 6:9-10).
    • Release the Jews from their mostly self-imposed captivity in the Western nations – from where they could leave and return home if they wanted to (Jer. 51:9-10).
    • Open the eyes of Jews in exile that see Israel as their last resort – to perceive that this is that time when they need to flee Babylon as soon as possible (Jer. 51:6-10).
    • Release the Jews who live in nations where they do not have freedom to leave – like Iran and some other non-Western nations – to be able to come home as well (Isa. 43:5-7).
    • Open the gates for Ukrainian and Russian Jews before a war makes it impossible for them to escape.
    • Remove all obstacles in the way of aliyah – both in the exile and in Israel (Isa. 57:14).
    • Send angelic bulldozers to clear out all stones of stumbling in Israel’s Interior Ministry (Isa. 62:10).
    • Rekindle the flame of those who began the process of making aliyah and then stopped (Jer. 20:9).
    • Lord Yeshua, we again ask for You to reveal to Your Body – especially to Christian Zionists – the centrality of aliyah in Your plans to prepare the way for Your return (Psa. 102:16; Matt. 23:39).
    • Use gentiles – especially gentile Christians – to bring Your sons and daughters home (Isa. 49:22).
    • Let more of the church provide the means to make aliyah a reality (Isa. 60:3-11; Rom. 15:27).
  3. Salvation:Some believers think that after the Lord returns the Jews will physically look at Him and believe. But this means gentiles are saved by faith while those “stubborn” Jews must be saved by sight. Of course, this is totally unbiblical. When “all Israel” – whatever that means – will be saved, it will be before Yeshua physically returns so that this remnant of Israel will be able to greet Him, declaring, Baruch ha’ba b’shem Adonai – Blessed is He who comes in the name of YHWH.
    • As Your Word often says that Jews return to their land in unbelief and then You save them, please save many of the new immigrants who have returned during the last two Covid years (Zech. 12:10).
    • Abba, also draw a significant remnant who have been back in Your land for decades, to Your Son, the King Messiah for whom so many are waiting (John 6:44, 65).
    • God, transfer many Israelis out of the darkness and into the Kingdom of Your dear Son (Col. 1:13).
    • Many Israelis seek for truth in New Age sects; surprise them with New Covenant truth (John 9:32).
    • Make up for the years that Communism stole God from the Russian Jews, indoctrinating them that there is no God, and show them the reality of Your love towards them in Messiah Yeshua (John 3:16).
    • Yeshua Lord, walk among the Jews who have settled in Israel’s mountains (Ezek. 36:8-11).
    • Save O Lord, Your people – specifically every Holocaust survivor still alive today (Jer. 31:7).
    • Save many ultra-orthodox and then use them to ignite a revival in their community (Acts 4:29-30).
    • As a prelude to a huge revival, pour out on all Jewish communities throughout the world a deep hunger for all of Your Word (Jer. 15:16).
    • As You are doing among many Muslims in the Middle East, send dreams and visions to many Jews who are back in their land (Joel 2:28, 32).
    • Generate an army of ex-Muslim believers who will seek to provoke Jews to jealousy (Rom. 11:11).
  4. Government:So far the only political party in Israel’s current coalition that has not altered its pre-election promises is Ra’am, the Israeli-Arab Islamic party. This is very hard to bear for all Israeli Zionists and also for many Christian Zionists as well. Meanwhile, a major crisis has erupted over possible police spying on private phones – not only to convict Bibi Netanyahu – but also to keep tabs on other influential leaders.
    • Convict all members of the coalition who have gone back on their pre-election promises – especially those who are considered right-wing – and shame them to bring them to repentance (Jer. 31:19).
    • Turn all Israel’s government ministers who read Your Word back to You (Psa. 80:3, 7, 19).
    • Anoint this government to function according to Your will in all Your plans for them at this time (Eccl. 3:1) – and let it be done in righteousness and with humility (Prov. 14:34).
    • Remind Israel’s government leaders that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Job 28:28; Prov. 1:7) and that they will be answerable to the Judge of all the earth (Gen. 18:25).
    • Hedge in Israel’s governing coalition from whoring after other nations (Hos. 2:6-7).
    • Thank You for constantly watching over Your Word through Balaam that Israel will not be a nation like any other nation – but it will be a nation which is separated unto You (Num. 23:9b).
    • Lord God, please continue to remove the dross from Israel’s leaders (Isa. 1:25-26).
    • We have often asked You to bring hidden things to light. The police spying scandal is an answer to that prayer, and now we ask for a righteous dealing with this scandal (Job 12:22; Mark 4:22).
    • May Your full light shine on all illegal police activity (Psalm 139:11-12).
    • Reveal all false accusations that are being made against the police as well (Ex. 20:16; Psa. 101:5-7).
    • Grant wisdom to Israel’s new attorney general, Gali Baharav-Miara, that she will know what to do with this situation and to deal with it with justice and righteousness (Deut. 16:18; Amos 5:24).
    • Help any investigation expose truth swiftly (Psa. 147:15).
    • Let the final outcome be a renewed trust and respect for the police from the people.
    • Lord, if this scandal is true, let its illegality bring an end to all cases against Netanyahu (Ex. 23:1, 7).

Internal security:The Amnesty International [AI] report labeling Israel an apartheid nation from its 1948 foundation has hardened Palestinians to continue to reject all peace plans as they now see the world handing them all of the land on a silver platter. In some ways this is good as it makes it that much harder for even the most extreme left-wing Israeli to have a chance of negotiating the creation of a ‘Palestine’.
    • Lord, thank You for using this anti-Semitic blasphemous report in a way that makes dividing Your land almost impossible at this time (Gen. 50:20; Rom. 8:28).
    • Touch some of the AI leadership to perceive how they have cursed Your people with vicious lies – and lead them to repent before You and before the world (Gen. 12:3; Job 42:5-6).
    • Thank You for all the non-Jews, including many Christians and Arabs, who have condemned this report publically (Psa. 31:18; Isa. 62:7).
    • Stir up more South Africans to denounce this trivialization of apartheid (Psa. 32:3; Eccl. 3:7).
    • [Israel’s coalition has again nixed approval of building in the E1 corridor east of Jerusalem because of American pressure.] Lord, this is so dangerous to constantly bow down to an unreliable ally – or to any ally. Give this coalition a backbone or remove it (Deut. 28:14; Josh. 1:7; Prov. 21:1).
    • Thank You for the brave Gazans who used social media [under the hashtag “they hijacked Gaza”] to blame Hamas as the ones responsible for their miserable living conditions (Eccl. 4:1; 5:13; Gal. 4:16).
    • Protect them and stir up thousands more willing to stand up against their true enemy – Hamas.
    • Use this to eat away at Hamas internally and to weaken its ability to attack Israel (Prov. 14:32).
    • [Palestinian Authority President Abbas has elevated his henchmen into positions of power which has resulted in further dissension within Fatah and between Fatah and Hamas.] Use this dissension to bring the whole house of the current Palestinian leadership to utter and total ruin (Luke 11:17).
    • [There have also been massive demonstrations in Hebron against the Palestinian Authority’s lack of providing security.] Use this to further weaken this vicious enemy of Israel (Psa. 35:1).
    • Give Israel wisdom to know what to do – and what not to do – in this chaotic situation (Prov. 26:17).
    • With all this internal chaos in Palestinian society, stir up multitudes to ask for Israel to come back in and take control, and then through this show Israel of its need to extend its sovereignty over all of the land west of the Jordan River (Isa. 54:2-; Obad. 1:17).
    • Extend Your hand of protection over all of the Jewish residents and Israel’s security forces in Judea, Samaria, near the Gaza envelop – in fact over all of Your land (Psa. 121:4; Isa. 31:5).
  6. External security:Western nations negotiating with Iran in Vienna have basically given up on resurrecting that original, woefully dangerous, Obama-backed nuclear deal. They are aiming for something that will be even more dangerous and less restrictive on Iran. Iran is likely less than six months away from having enough refined uranium needed for an atomic bomb, but is still probably a couple of years away from having a way to launch it at Israel or other “infidel” nations in the world.
    • We declare Psalm 33:10-11 over the negotiations in Vienna!
    • Lord, we thank You for an answer to prayer from a leaked security report that Iran’s society is about to “explode” over the lack of care and help the regime is providing to the Iranians (Isa. 14:4-6).
    • Abba, guide and encourage Iranian citizens to bring down their wicked leaders (Jer. 49:38b).
    • For Your people’s sake, rise up and scatter Your – and their – enemies (Psa. 68:1, 30b).
    • If the report that China just does not trust Iran is true, increase this distrust to the breaking point.
    • Let China’s leaders share their doubts and concerns about Iran with Russia’s leaders (Prov. 16:28).
    • Lord, miraculously dry up all of Iran’s sources of funds (Jam. 5:1-3).
    • We bless You for the growing Body of believers in Iran and ask You to protect them (Phil. 1:6).
    • We thank You for using them to set Your throne in that nation (Jer. 49:38a).
    • Guide the Iranian Church on how to pray for their nation (Rom. 13:1-4; 1 Tim. 2:1-4).
    • “Goshen” them, and all Iranians who do not have hatred in their hearts towards Israel or the Jews, from Your soon coming judgments (Ex. 8:22).
    • Move supernaturally against Iran’s nuclear program so that You receive all the glory (Josh. 2:10-11).
    • [US President Biden has released billions of dollars to Iran to stabilize the regime.] Lord, let this have the opposite result and let their love of money bring them to ruin (1 Tim. 6:10).
    • As You reveal the true heart intent of appeasement in most of the West’s leaders, let Israel truly see that it cannot depend on any of them, but needs to look to You instead (Psa. 118:8-9; 121:1-8).
    • Provide the IDF’s Iran Command with all the accurate actionable intelligence they need (Jer. 23:24).
    • If there is any intelligence lacking, bring it to light and guide them to develop strategy (Isa. 42:16).
    • Like with Joshua at Jericho, Lord, give detailed battle plans for Israel to deal with Iran (Josh. 6:2-5).
    • If Israel needs to attack, may the result be a total victory for Israel and a devastating defeat for Iran and all of its proxies (Isa. 41:10-17; Ezek. 37:10).
    • Then use this victory to impart fear into all of Israel’s enemies – near and far (2 Chr. 17:10).
  7. Water:We continue to praise God for the rain – and the snow – that He is sending to Israel.
    • Thank You for Your gift and blessing of rain (Deut. 11:11-14).
    • While the above references talk about Israel’s obedience, Yeshua says that You are such a loving Father that You pour out the rain on both the just and the unjust (Matt. 5:45b). Thank You.
    • Do not stop until the Sea of Galilee and all Israel’s underground aquifers are full (Psa. 65:10).
  8. IFI:As we are seemingly racing towards the Lord’s return, prophetic events are occurring faster and faster – and with more painful impacts – like women in labor pains. We treasure your prayers so that we will hear our Shepherd’s voice and can be led – as well as can lead – in praying in line with His perfect will.
