1. Praise:

We are blessed to serve a faithful God, as Samuel says to King Saul in Shabbat’s prophetic portion: Also the Strength of Israel will not lie or repent [change His mind about His covenant commitments]; for He is not a man that He should repent. (1 Sam. 15:29; Heb. 6:18)

    • Lord, we rejoice that You do not change and so we are not consumed, even when we sin (Mal. 3:6).
    • We praise You for remaining faithful even if we are at times faithless (1 Tim. 2:13).
    • We are blessed that we can trust in Your Word as it is magnified upon Your name [essential nature], thus as You are true and trustworthy so is Your Word (Psa. 138:2; in the Hebrew “above” is “upon”).
    • Thank You that we will be completely sanctified since You are faithful to do it (1 Thess. 5:23-24).
    • We praise You for creating us in Your image (Gen. 5:1-2) and resist any attempt by our minds to try to think of You as made in our image (Psa. 77:19; Prov. 3:5; Isa. 55:8-9).
    • We exalt You for telling us that when we are weak, then we are strong as we can no longer depend on ourselves, but on You who has all power and authority (Matt. 28:18; 2 Cor. 12:9-10; Phil. 3:8-10).
    • While we can never fully comprehend You, since You are the One true God, yet we can always fully trust You (Deut. 29:29; Prov. 3:5). Hallelujah!
  2. Government & society:

PM Bibi Netanyahu and the government are in a no-win situation because of the world’s demands. Israel’s “allies” want it to defeat Hamas yet they support Turkey and Qatar who support Hamas. Only through God can Israel be victorious. Interestingly, the prophetic portion is connected with Purim [starts tomorrow evening], and in it we read of Samuel’s rebuke to King Saul for sparing the life of the Agag, King of Amalek – who was Haman’s ancestor.

    • Lord God, in an age when truth has fallen in the streets and fails to make an impact on many in our nations (Isa., 59:13-15), grace us to intercede in line with Your will (Isa. 59:16).
    • Anoint more sons and daughters of Zion to be influential in Israeli society (Isa. 37:22; Zech. 9:13).
    • Sovereign Lord, use Israel’s current government for Your glory (Psa. 57:5, 11; 63:11; 115:1-3).
    • Anoint Netanyahu as Israel’s leader until You say to him “enough” (Psa. 75:6-7; 80:17; Prov. 21:1).
    • Surround him with sons of Zion and sons of Issachar who he will listen to (1 Chr. 12:32; Eccl. 7:19).
    • God of Israel, prepare the person now who will eventually take Netanyahu’s place, and please reveal him to us so that we can already be interceding for him (Amos 3:7).
    • Lord God, purge out every rebel from every area of Israeli society (Ezek. 20:38a; Mal. 4:1-3).
    • Extinguish the media’s lies against Israel, both locally and globally (Job 13:4-5).
    • Pour out floods of divine comfort on Israelis with murdered or sexually abused loved ones, or loved ones still held hostage and/or whose fate is unknown (Est. 9:22; Isa. 61:1-3; Ezek. 16:8-13).
    • Guard Israel against the emotional blackmail Hamas wields because of the hostages (Isa. 54:17).
    • Use the trauma of Oct. 7th to turn Israelis permanently against any “two-state solution” (Rom. 8:28).
    • Abba, please uphold Israel’s economy miraculously during this season (Psa. 132:13-15; 147:14).
    • Bless Smotrich and Barkat as they guide Israel’s economy today (Psa. 90:17).
  3. Foreign relations:

Most unfulfilled end-time prophecies focus on Israel’s relations with the nations. Already the nations are demanding that Israel divide God’s land to create a “Palestine,” even in the face of increased Palestinian support for Hamas since its Oct. 7th massacre of Jews. Israel is under increasing political stress to bow to this vile idea, yet if it continues to resist – and we pray that it does – we could see the prophecies of militarily actions against fulfilled suddenly (Zech. 12:2-3).

    • Lord, speak to believers to warn their nations that You will not be mocked, that as their nations push Israel to divide Your land, they will see even deeper divisions in their societies (Psa. 9:16; Gal. 6:7).
    • Guard over Israelis’ minds from being deceived by these unbiblical ideas from the West and NGOs who no longer are able to – or even want to – discern good from evil (Prov. 18:5; Isa. 5:20-23).
    • Let Israel’s just rejection of this plan to reward Palestinians with a state for raping and murdering Jews, and taking hostages, be strengthened and supported by You (Job 18:5-6; Prov. 24:20).
    • Watch over Psalm 33:10-11 against any and all unbiblical plots being planned against Israel.
    • Lord, deal with the UN and its various agencies which constantly spew forth false and treacherous accusations concerning Israel (Psa. 109:17-20; Isa. 54:17).
    • Shield Israel’s leaders against the evil darts from President Biden’s administration (Psa. 105:14-15).
    • As democratic nations often change their foreign policies after each election, show Israel to not put their trust in “allies” – but in You – their unchangeable sovereign King (Psa. 149:2; Zeph. 3:15).
    • Use the brashness of Israel’s Foreign Minister Israel Katz for You glory (Isa. 48:11-13; Ezek. 20:14).
    • Let truth come forth from Israeli diplomats, regardless of the reception (1 Kin. 18:17-18; Gal. 4:16).
  4. Israel’s “War of Independence” is ongoing. While it wins every phase of this war, it loses the peace, as the world just does not allow the Jews to reap the rewards of their victories. Is this because its victories are open witnesses to the truth of God and His Word (Isa. 55:8-11)?
    • God Almighty, in line with Psalm 108:9 triumph over both Islam [Edom] and the Palestinians.
    • Lord God, encourage Israel with what You commanded against Amalek in the prophetic portion so that it does not stop until Hamas is totally wiped out (1 Sam. 15:3).
    • Grant Israel a crushing victory which restores its deterrence before its enemies (Psa. 108:12-13).
    • Thank You for using Netanyahu and others in the government as Sons of Zion to rebuke the nations’ attempts to halt the war against Hamas before Hamas is totally defeated (Psa. 37:29-30).
    • Let today’s Hamans hang on the gallows that they have built for Your people (Est. 7:10; Psa. 57:6).
    • Lord of hosts, since Hamas named their Oct. 7th attack “the Al-Aksa flood,” let Your Spirit come upon the IDF and fulfill Isaiah 59:19b.
    • During Ramadan, reinforce Your angelic hosts guarding over Israel (2 Chr. 20:15; 32:7-8).
    • Elevate more sons of Zion to have real authority in the IDF (1 Chr. 27:32-34; Job 34:24).
    • Protect the IDF’s personnel in all its branches of service – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually (Deut. 20:1; Psa. 59:1; Zech. 9:15).
    • Protect them also from any friendly fire or other dangerous accidents (Psa. 20:1; 91:3-8).
    • Go before the IDF, assisting them to destroy all remaining tunnels in Gaza (Job 28:11b; Jer. 49:10).
    • Thank You for the IDF’s attack against Shifa hospital, catching terrorists hiding there by surprise, which resulted in the killing and capturing of many and the finding of intelligence (Jer. 48:41).
    • Lord, take total control of Israel’s impending invasion of Rafah, Hamas’ remaining stronghold on the Gaza-Egyptian border, including its timing and tactics (Prov. 21:30-31; Eccl. 3:8b; Amos 1:6-7).
    • God Almighty, enable the IDF to conquer Rafah and to remain there after the war (Isa. 41:10-16).
    • Break the snares the nations have thrown on Israel, telling it that it is its duty to supply humanitarian aid to Gazan civilians, most of which Hamas steals, and it is Israel’s duty to be extra careful to protect Gazans – especially at the risk of its soldiers’ lives (Psa. 91:13; 124:7-8).
    • Help Israel to “neutralize” all of Hamas’ leaders, both inside and outside of Gaza (1 Sam. 17:51).
    • Since Israel now sees it as an existential need to manufacture in Israel whatever IDF needs to defend it, guide Israelis to accomplish this competently and promptly (2 Chr. 26:14-15; Jer. 50:25).
    • Lord God, miraculously set any remaining living Israeli hostages free (Isa. 49:24-26; Acts 12:5-11).
    • Alternatively, lead the IDF to where they, or their bodies, can be found (Num. 21:1-3).
    • God of Israel, may Your “day-after” plans become reality (Jer. 1:12), which means Israel repossesses all of Gaza as it is part of Judah’s biblical inheritance (Josh. 15:1, 47; Judg. 1:18).
    • Make Ramadan a time of terror and confusion for every Islamic terrorist (Ex. 15:14-16; Josh. 2:9), and shame them into seeking Your name (Psa. 83:16-18).
  5. Internal security:

Israelis are fighting against daily terror attacks. God’s protection is also seen on a daily basis, as most attacks are stopped or pre-empted by Israeli civilians or their security forces.

    • We bless and praise You for faithfully watching over Psalm 121:4 from day to day.
    • Use this period of increased internal terrorism to remind Israelis of how extremely risky it is to reject Your Word and divide Your land (Joel 3:1-2; Mark. 10:9).
    • May Hamas’ Oct. 7th pogrom convince Israelis that the “two-state solution” is a deadly mistake as they see that there are no real peace-partners among the Palestinians (Est. 3:6-9; Psa. 83:1-4).
    • Rapidly enlarge all Israeli communities in Judea, Samaria and in Jerusalem (Neh. 2:20; Isa. 54:2-3).
    • Prevent the “new” Palestinian Authority government from deceiving Israel into thinking that it has changed its stripes when it claims Hamas and Islamic Jihad as its valid partners (Jer. 13:23).
    • Increase the hatred between the PA and Hamas (Psa. 35:4-6) to the point to where Israel’s enemies fight against each other as in biblical days (Judg. 7:22; 2 Chr. 20:22-24; Ezek. 38:21).
    • Let Israel’s intelligence services personnel inquire of You concerning what is important and what is not as they interpret the mass of collected data (Psa. 86:7; 91:15; Jer. 3:3).
    • Abundantly bless and abundantly use the IDF’s new tunnel detection unit formed specifically to locate tunnel threats in Judea and Samaria (Amos 9:2-3).
    • Help Israel to be better at guarding its roads and checkpoints against terrorist attacks (Deut. 28:6).
    • Continue to restrain Israeli-Arab citizens from rioting (Gen. 12:3a; Josh. 9:24-25).
    • Lord, watch over Your holy hill in Jerusalem’s during Ramadan (Isa. 31:5; 42:13).
    • Reveal to Israel Your way to deal with any rioting on the Temple Mount (Josh. 3:9).
  6. External security:

Iran aims to conquer the world for Allah and place humanity under Shi’ite Islamic law. Today, Israel is its main target, and after Israel, the Western nations. Iran’s proxies in the Middle East are being used against God’s nation at this time, but the chances of a war between Iran and Israel increase with each report of Iran’s progress in its nuclear development program.

    • Lord, watch over Micah 4:11-13 as so many of Israel’s enemies are aiming to destroy it today.
    • God, allow their Islamic arrogance to drive them into destruction (Prov. 16:18; 17:19; 18:12a).
    • If a war between Israel and Lebanon [Hizbullah is part of Lebanon’s government], is going to occur in the near future, please guide the IDF and Israeli society to be ready (1 Sam. 7:12; Psa. 28:7; 38:22).
    • Show Israel that all of South Lebanon up to the Latani River is part of Asher and Naftali’s God-given inheritance and to prepare to annex it when the opportunity comes (Deut. 11:20a; 24; Zech. 10:10).
    • If You will use Israel as Your weapon of war and have it attack Iran directly, then please make sure it is done with maximum efficiency and destruction (Jer. 51:20-24; Ezek. 37:10).
    • Create massive division between Iran and her proxies and inside the proxies themselves (Psa. 71:13).
    • Set free the Iranians and Iran’s minorities who suffer greatly under Iran’s evil regime (Isa. 14:5).
    • We praise and thank You for the growing Body of Messiah in Elam [ancient Iran] (Jer. 49:38a).
    • Now Lord, arise and reimburse Iran’s rulers for their constant curses, threats and attacks by their proxies against Your people and Your land (Num. 24:9b; Psa. 68:1; Isa. 34:8; Jer. 49:38b; 50:28).
    • Save many Iranians over Ramadan, and turn their hearts to love Your people (Est. 8:17).
    • Support Iranian believers as they pray for their nation (1 Tim. 2:1-4), and for Israel (Psa. 122:6).
    • Make Israel fully aware that its so-called allies can be more dangerous than its enemies, as their friends pressure it to make unbiblical actions that it is rightly reluctant to do (Job 19:19; Psa. 41:9).
  7. Aliyah:

Jewish people returning to God’s land in large numbers is a major sign that we are in the end-times. It is actually disconcerting that most Western believers do not make this connection as this is so clearly laid out in the Old Testament, the Tanach, which was the only Bible that Yeshua and the early believers had and read and in which they implicitly trusted.

    • Lord, show believers the biblical ties between aliyah and Your return (Zech. 14:1-4; Matt. 23:39).
    • Open the eyes of gentile believers to realize that aliyah is not basically a “Jewish” matter, but it is a “Kingdom of God” matter that matters very much today (Isa. 43:5-7, 21; Ezek. 36:32-36).
    • Restore aliyah as one of the main goals of the modern Jewish State (Jer. 32:41; Zech. 8:1-8).
    • God, since today You are hunting the Jews out of exile and drawing them home by Your love (Jer. 16:16; 31:3), please make Israel be fully prepared to receive and settle them (Amos 9:11-15).
    • Tear apart the comfortable cages which are trapping the Jews in exile (Psa. 107:2-3; Isa. 11:11-13).
    • Let the massive anti-Semitic demonstrations chase Your people back home (Ezek. 39:27-28).
    • Challenge Jewish parents with the choice of having their sons and daughters in colleges cringing before anti-Semitic hatred, or seeing them in the IDF in defense of their homeland (1 Chr. 7:4, 11).
    • Aid Jews wanting to make aliyah to obtain or find all the papers that they will need (Phil. 4:19).
    • Draw back Jews with practical skills, as well as medical and scientific skills (Neh. 4:16-18).
    • Release all Jews who reside in nations which prohibit them from leaving (Ex. 9:1; Zeph. 3:19-20).
    • Eliminate the man-made rabbinic restrictions of “who is a Jew?” and permit every person whom You see as Jewish to easily be able to obtain their Israeli citizenship (Isa. 62:10).
    • Cause the hundreds of thousands of Israelis who are residing in gentile nations to return, especially those who are now Messianic believers (Isa. 35:10; 51:11).
  8. Salvation:

“All Israel” will be saved prior to the Lord Yeshua’s return (Zech. 12:10; Rom. 11:26). If “all Israel,” which is a remnant, is saved after He comes back, then Jews are saved by sight, but gentiles by faith – and that is totally unbiblical. Also, prayer impacts the remnant’s size (Jer. 31:7).

    • … the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.(Lev. 4:20b, cp. 4:26, 31, 35; 5:6, 10, 13, 16, 18; 6:7) As this concept in the Torah portion occurs at least ten times, let it grab Your people’s hearts and cause them to ask You if there is still a priest who can makes atonement.
    • Lord Yeshua, speak to secret Jewish believers to openly confess You today (Matt. 16:24).
    • Lord Messiah, draw to Your Father a huge remnant of Jews who live on the mountains of Israel, in Judea and Samaria; Holocaust survivors, especially those close death; Oct. 7th survivors; all hostages still alive and ex-hostages, their families and friends; soldiers throughout the IDF; their families; also families and friends of soldiers who died in battle, especially new widows and orphans; rabbis, their congregations and families in all Jewish sects; Israel’s politicians and international diplomats; Israelis from the Gaza area and the north who are still living outside of their homes; Jews and Israelis in exile who are now frightened about their safety; teachers throughout Israel’s educations system; medical professionals; unsaved loved ones of Messianic Jews (Jer. 31:31-34; Ezek. 36:24-32; John 14:6).
    • During Ramadan use many ex-Muslim believers provoke many Jews to jealousy (Rom. 11:11, 14).
    • Abba Father, save a large remnant of Palestinians over Ramadan (Matt. 5:44; 1 Tim. 2:4).
    • Also save multitudes of Muslims worldwide, especially in Gaza and in Lebanon (Rom. 15:8-12).
    • King Yeshua, walk in the midst of many anti-Israel demonstrations throughout the world and save a remnant of these woefully deceived people – for Your holy name’s sake (Psa. 139:1-13; Luke 19:5).
  9. The Body of Messiah:

We should have an understanding of the signs of today’s times (Matt. 16:3b). Therefore, we need to be familiar with all of God’s counsel (Acts 20:27; 2 Tim. 3:15-17).

  10. Water:

The Sea of Galilee is about 2/3 of a meter [two feet] from being full. Let’s press on and pray for it to be filled to overflowing this year as a sign of mercy to His nation and as another witness to His people (Isa. 41:17-20; Matt. 5:45b).

  11. IFI:

Thank you for your prayers and support for us. Please do not stop.

Shabbat shalom and abundant blessings from Zion
