Israel’s survival is an ongoing miracle, and every intercessor should know their worth in this battle!
When Iran recently dared to fire over 300 armed projectiles at Israel, it was the first time the Persians have directly attacked Israel instead of using lackey proxies.
In the world of prayer believers rejoiced that none of Iran’s drones or cruise missiles penetrated Israeli airspace, just a few other types of missiles (Psa. 121:4). Israeli, American, British, French, Jordanian and Saudi Arabian air-defense systems or air forces, prevented more than 95% of the attack.
Today, Israel retaliated against Iran, meaning that as the Sabbath shadows fall, once again Israel is on high alert, bracing for another attack by Iran and/or its proxies. Israel is jamming GPS all over the country to prevent precision GPS guided missiles from hitting their targets.

As preparations are being made for the Passover holiday, Israel’s Homefront Command has also been instructing Israelis on how to prepare for an attack, supplying homes and bomb shelters, and generally to be aware.

For intercessory friends who participate in the Every Friday Fast [to deliver more than a billion souls from the tyrannical bondage of jihadist religion], I want to share the “Five Stone prayer strategy” issued today by persecuted Iranian Christian activist Marziyeh Amirizadeh to defeat the Islamic regime in Iran. When Marziyeh visited Israel for the first time last year, she toured the Ella Valley, the Biblical site where our biblical hero David defeated the giant Philistine Goliath.
“It was a life-changing experience,” wrote Marziyeh, who previously suffered incarceration in a notorious Iranian prison for her Christian faith. “I learned that the people referred to today as Palestinian are not descendants of the Philistines, and I appreciated King David even more, not just as a Psalmist, but as a smart warrior as well. I understood clearly that today, Israel represents David, and those in the greater Arab and Moslem world who threaten Israel are the modern Goliath.  I learned that David’s successful military strategy then, even as the underdog, is one which can and ought to be employed by Israel today to defeat its enemies, including the terrorist Islamic regime of the country of my birth.”

Following the savage Hamas massacre of Israelis on October 7,  Marziyeh sees the urgency in Israel and the world to achieve complete victory over the aggressive ayatollahs, and their proxies, just as David defeated Goliath in 1 Samuel 17.
.

David went to battle armed with his slingshot and five stones. He knew he should only target the giant’s head. With David’s first stone, Goliath fell face down dead.

Adopting David’s five-stone strategy, Marziyeh suggests that prayer should target the following five points for defeat:

·       Stone #1 – The “Supreme Leader” and ayatollahs
·       Stone #2 – Iran’s Nuclear facilities and scientists
·       Stone #3 – IRGC leaders, its military installations, and putting its business subsidiaries on global terror lists
·       Stone #4 – Harsh economic sanctions on the failing Iranian economy
·       Stone #5 – the grave of Ayatollah Khomeini, to remove all symbols of the evil Islamic regime from its beginning

”Let this be a call to the world to see that the good represented by Israel is greater than the evil represented in the Iranian Islamic regime and its proxies,“ Marizyeh wrote. “I wish at this season when the Jewish people celebrate their deliverance from slavery in Egypt, that even with all the challenges facing Israel and Jewish people around the world, and the potential of an attack by the Islamic regime and its proxies, they should know that God still stands with them, He is protecting them, and they will be victorious.”

Amen! Just as the Almighty delivered the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt, Iranian believers are crying out for their enslaved nation to be delivered from bondage, and that the Iranian people will know the one true God and his Messiah.

In their Friday Prayer Points, “Intercessors for Israel” stated today,

“Even with the dangerous situation that Israel finds itself in right now, and with all of the breaking news of an Israeli retaliatory strike on Iran weighing heavy upon us, still it is vital for us to begin any time of intercession by looking at Yeshua, the Author and Completer of our faith (Heb. 12:2). And there are so many things to praise Him for, like this verse from Shabbat’s prophetic reading: ‘For I am YHWH, I change not [that is, His essential nature does not change]; therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed.’ (Mal. 3:6) We take great comfort that You remain the same – especially when we realize that You are the One who chose both Israel and us to be Your people (Deut. 7:6-9; John 15:16; Eph. 1:3-5). Thank You for being our Unmovable Rock in this time of global shaking (Psa. 46:1).”

Amen! It is my prayer that believers will increasingly realize that Bible prophecy revolves around the Jews and the nation of Israel and not the USA, etc.

ln the Bible, Jerusalem is the most important city and is mentioned over 800 times. When the Jews were temporarily driven out of their God-given Land due to unbelief, none of the occupiers made Jerusalem their capital —not one—because God has reserved this Land of Israel and its capital for Jewish returnees, as prophesied in the bible.

The chessboard of final prophetic days is being prepared for the fulfillment of all things. The regathering of the Jews is the most important fulfillment of all Bible prophecies.

Concerning the survival of Israel up to this point, there are constant stories of unprecedented courage and faith. Israel has been fighting a long and difficult war provoked by the worst attack suffered by Jews on October 7 since the Holocaust. At least one scientist familiar with the defense systems is claiming the success of the operation against Iran’s barrage of missies as a “miracle”.

Leading rabbis from the Torat Ha’aretz Hatova organization distributed a letter to communities around Israel, calling on them to recite Psalm 136, thanking God for saving the Jews through miraculous intervention. Israel National News reported the call to prayer, translating the letter as follows: “This is the day G-d made; we will rejoice and be happy in it.”

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
His love endures forever.
Give thanks to the God of gods.
His love endures forever.
Give thanks to the Lord of lords:
His love endures forever.
to him who alone does great wonders,
His love endures forever.
who by his understanding made the heavens,
His love endures forever.
who spread out the earth upon the waters,
His love endures forever.
who made the great lights—
His love endures forever.
the sun to govern the day,
His love endures forever.
the moon and stars to govern the night;
His love endures forever.
10 to him who struck down the firstborn of Egypt
His love endures forever.
11 and brought Israel out from among them
His love endures forever.
12 with a mighty hand and outstretched arm;
His love endures forever.
13 to him who divided the Red Sea asunder
His love endures forever.
14 and brought Israel through the midst of it,
His love endures forever.
15 but swept Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea;
His love endures forever.
16 to him who led his people through the wilderness;
His love endures forever.
17 to him who struck down great kings,
His love endures forever.
18 and killed mighty kings—
His love endures forever.
19 Sihon king of the Amorites
His love endures forever.
20 and Og king of Bashan—
His love endures forever.
21 and gave their land as an inheritance,
His love endures forever.
22 an inheritance to his servant Israel.
His love endures forever.
23 He remembered us in our low estate
His love endures forever.
24 and freed us from our enemies.
His love endures forever.
25 He gives food to every creature.
His love endures forever.
26 Give thanks to the God of heaven.
His love endures forever.

Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, former Chief Rabbi of Israel, also described Iran’s failure as “a miracle.” In an interview with Arutz Sheva, Rabbi Lau said the miracle was not only interception of the missiles and drones, but the fact that so many other countries helped Israel–including Jordan.
