Celebrate the real Palm Sunday and Resurrection Sunday with us according to the Hebraic calendar in synch with the Jewish people, not just because it’s the time of the spring solstice!
We invite you to visit this link to register for our 19th Passover Conference in Jerusalem, including a seder meal, prayer convocations, insider’s tour and speakers including rabbis and Arab ministers.
It is highly important to celebrate the Last Supper (seder) of our Lord, Good Friday, Holy Saturday (Holy Shabbat) and Resurrection Sunday during Passover, when these historic events actually occurred rather than during the pagan and unrelated spring solstice. If this mandate means something to you spiritually, we’d like to hear from you. Check out details at this link.
One of the joys of visiting Jerusalem is to find yourself fulfilling Psalm 122, not only by praying for the peace of Jerusalem, but by physically standing within the gates of the holy city.
The stone monument in the photo near Jaffa Gate memorializes Psalm 122 in both Hebrew and English
A song of ascents. Of David.
1I rejoiced with those who said to me,
“Let us go to the house of the Lord.”
2Our feet are standing
in your gates, Jerusalem.
3Jerusalem is built like a city
that is closely compacted together.
4That is where the tribes go up—
the tribes of the Lord—
to praise the name of the Lord
according to the statute given to Israel.
5There stand the thrones for judgment,
the thrones of the house of David.
6Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
“May those who love you be secure.
7May there be peace within your walls
and security within your citadels.”
8For the sake of my family and friends,
I will say, “Peace be within you.”
9For the sake of the house of the Lord our God,
I will seek your prosperity.
This year our conference theme is taken from Psalm 133, “Behold how good and how pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity.” This is a very significant theme as we observe the Jews and Christians are coming together in holy alliances as never before. Register now!
