Wonderful teaching. Paul has been on my mind a lot too recently. A mighty pillar of the church and his diligence was second to none. In my younger days I always glossed over the Epistles, now I treasure them.
2 Corinthians 12:10 always reminded me of that old Socrates quote “True wisdom is admitting you know nothing.” As you said “Be God-centered, not self-centered!” And thank you for bringing attention to the fact that Paul considered the messenger/thorn a gift and CHOSE to glory in his infirmities. It is human instinct to do the EXACT opposite.
Thanking you for these comments, Dustin!
