As a minister of the Gospel who has travelled the world, I felt a lot safer under the presidency of Trump than Biden or other presidents in recent decades.

He genuinely cares about Americans and hostages who are detained or trapped in other nations.

I was touched to see Trump personally welcoming at the White House and offering the Lincoln Bedroom to schoolteacher Marc Fogel who was incarcerated in Russia.

Trump certainly demonstrates love in action with many kind gestures for Americans and his country. At a political rally Trump promised Marc’s 95-year-old mother he would bring him home.

During his first term as president, Trump secured the release of 58 hostages from more than 24 countries including Pastor Andrew Brunson, who was held in Turkey, and Otto Warmbier, whose body was returned from North Korea.

Three weeks into his second term, PresidentTrump has brought home 10 Americans who were incarcerated. This includes 6 from Venezuela. So far, Trump has rescued 68.

Special Envoy Adam Boehler said: “It’s happening now because the President of the United States has made it a top priority — and he leads through STRENGTH.”

President Trump has done more for Christians in his first three weeks in office than most Presidents have done their entire terms. From opening a Faith Office in the White House to establishing a task force committed to combating anti-Christian bias, to signing several pro-life executive orders, strengthening America’s relationship with Israel and eliminating the gender madness that’s been targeting our children. More than $100 million in grants to fund diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training through the Department of Education is being canceled as part of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) cleanup. Nicki Neily, founder and president of Parents Defending Education has said, “DEI was never about ‘equity’—it was about enforcing ideological conformity and institutionalizing discrimination. Shutting down these wasteful, divisive programs is a win for every student.” Now Disney is backing away from DEI, and there’s a shift happening in America toward reformations. God is allowing a lot of evil to be restrained in his mercy prior to the Rapture.

Furthermore, Trump gave Bobby Kennedy Jr. the opportunity to be Health Secretary and today Kennedy was confirmed. How touching that Kennedy testified again today: “For 20 years, I’ve gotten up every morning on my knees and prayed that God would put me in a position where I could end the childhood chronic disease epidemic in this country. On August 23rd of last year,” said the former Democrat and nephew of President John Kennedy, “God sent me President Trump.”

However, I am praying that somebody who has access to Trump like Pastor Jim Garlow who is part of the Faith Cabinet will be able to offer the president an anointed rebuke about foul language—specifically using the F word, Hell and other unclean swear words like bulls____. I am appalled at social media and how even evangelicals are using the F word. Trump needs to set a better example because swear words should not be entertaining. Pastor Garlow wrote an article recently with which I so agree in which he lamented, “I cannot tell you the number of times when I have been with evangelical Christians, and someone swears, and everyone laughs. It is not even a ‘nervous laugh.’ It is an ‘isn’t-that-so-funny’ laugh. ‘Wasn’t that cute!’ No, it wasn’t. it was vile. And it does not represent our Lord.”

Before and after photos of Israeli hostage Eli Sharabi –Hamas murdered his wife, both of his daughters, his brother, and even his dog. They starved and tortured him for 491 days. They paraded and humiliated him at their last opportunity in a sadistic show. Eli didn’t know what happened to his family until he was released. His only remaining relatives are his Mum and sister.

Jew hatred will not last forever. The Lord is soon returning to put everything right. As brutal and awful as this “after” image is, we pray for Eli’s recovery and that the ordeal he suffered will reveal to the world the wickedness of Hamas.

President Trump rightly said this week that Hamas has been a disaster in the Gaza Strip. He said, “I watched the hostages come back, and they looked like Holocaust survivors. They were in horrible condition; they were emaciated.”

Following are a few important prayer points via Intercessors for Israel:

–Heavenly Father, while so far we are pleased with Trump’s dealings with Israel and Netanyahu, do not let Israelis look to America’s leader as any type of a “savior” (Psa. 146:3; Jer. 17:5).

–Abba Father, surround Trump with advisors who are not afraid to caution him against dealing with Israel as if it were just any other nation (Deut. 7:6-9; Psa. 135:4; Isa. 41:8).

–If Trump’s plan to relocate most Gazans and have the U.S. “own” Gaza to turn it into the “Riviera” of the Mediterranean is not of You, especially since You gave that land to the tribe of Judah, then do not let it happen (Judg. 1:18) – yet if the first part is of You, fulfill it quickly (Job 38:13; Jer. 12:14-17).

–God Almighty, warn Steve Witkoff, America’s ME envoy, that his links with Qatar might put him and the US in grave danger of cursing Israel, and rescue him from this (Num. 24:9b; Psa. 9:19-20).

–Stop Trump and Witkoff from pressing Israel to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia if the cost is to allow for a Palestinian State to be established on Your land (Num. 23:23; Psa. 33:10-11).

–May Israel’s leaders and representatives use Your Word to rebuke all ungodly pressure (Jer. 23:29).
